Added new functionality to this application for creating and tracking service records. Added new criteria and categories for each record as well as functionality for creating and tracking emails sent by customer and service record. Email functionality included templates for common email tasks and customizable message signatures.
In conjunction with the Tickle application, created a standalone executable application launched at Tickle startup that provides company-specific instant message functionality over HomeMovie.com’s corporate intranet. The Instant_Messager application tracks current users, and allows users to automatically reply to the sender of a message or “reply all” to the sender and any users who received the original message. The arrival of an incoming message is announced by the sounding of a wind chime.
Created an application for tracking customer payments, credits and account balances, adding new tables and fields to existing customer and order data structures.
Created an application for tracking media contacts and coverage of HomeMovie.com and related subjects of interest.
Added new functionality to this real-time application to monitor the status of various key software and hardware components and to automatically create back-up copies of corporate data at regular intervals. The application monitors the status of HomeMovie.com’s web-based streaming media demo as well as disk space on hard drives where streaming media files are stored.
Added new functionality to these applications to copy log files of streaming media activity from the streaming server to the corporate network, process the log files, and produce log graphs in .html format in a regular, timed daily sequence.
